“It was a rainy day in Bordeaux when a wonderful English girl Emma arrived from Oxford with a suitcase. Inside, it was filled with small Blue Spruce trees, she brought them all the way to France! When she arrived, we carefully chose the best tree. Then, we made a stencil from this sapling and from the roots, which Emma washed before at home to make it useable for stencil. It took the entire day to make this beautiful tree, and it's one of the largest tattoos I've ever created, and the first tree tattoo I’ve ever done. Emma was the bravest girl in the whole world that day, thank you, my dear! It wasn’t just a tattoo session, it was more like a fairytale about how trees and flowers and other plants travel around the world so I can use them especially to create a tattoo for someone. I don't know how I deserve such customers and trust. I hope you remembered that I never use sketches or drawings, or any preparations in such tattoos. I make a stencil from the plant (sometimes it even doesn't look like a plant, just violet outlines), and then I draw on the skin with needles from the nature. I and my clients never know exactly what the tattoo will look like. Thank you, Emma! Thank you a million times. It was my biggest pleasure to plant this tree.”
